Located in Wuhan, Hubei province, Hanmero wallpaper factory covers over 20,000 square meters and has more than 6 production lines.
The production process as follow displaying:
1. Back paper sending
Making by several layers of paper, the weight is 90g/㎡ or 100g /㎡, transverse immersion elongation not more than 1.5%.
2. Mixing paste
Mixing raw material in the blender according to the formula, prepare the liquid PVC paste for next process.
3. Coating
Pasting the PVC paste on the surface of base paper evenly. After heating and plasticizing and form to semi-finished coating wallpaper.
4. Printing
Using printing roller and circular ink to print color and pattern on the surface of wallpaper. Different patterns will use different printing rollers.
5. Embossing
Using embossing roller to emboss the texture effect on the surface of wallpaper, through heating and final formed.
6. Quality control
All wallpaper manufacturing machines are advanced, and must go through regular inspection and maintenance to ensure the high quality of our wallpapers.
Use a long platform to play a role in slowing the speed of the wallpaper, to facilitate the staff to check the wallpaper surface defects and quality.
7. Collect rolls and packing
Each roll will go through the heat shrink packaging machine with the tag and film packing.
We have three kinds of packing, single carton packing/Neutral packing and Carton packing with logo.
